WhatsApp Product in Discuss lets your team turn any Odoo product into a WhatsApp message in one step, directly from the Discuss interface.
Built by TechUltra Solutions on top of Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API, the module adds a Products tab to Discuss. Sales pick a product, the message goes out with the product image, description, and price already populated, and the customer sees a clean WhatsApp message instead of a stitched-together copy-paste.
Dynamic WhatsApp templates handle both product detail messages and invoice messages, so the same Discuss workflow covers the catalogue conversation and the follow-up payment ask — without sales leaving Odoo.

Setup & configuration
From install to first call — here is the path.

Install the module
In Odoo, open Apps, remove the Apps filter, search for “WhatsApp Product in Discuss”, and click Install. The module pulls in TechUltra's WhatsApp Base as a dependency.

Connect Meta WhatsApp Cloud API
In the Meta for Developers portal, create a WhatsApp Business app and copy the Phone Number ID, WhatsApp Business Account ID, and access token. Add them to the WhatsApp configuration in Odoo.

Approve WhatsApp templates
Submit the product and invoice templates for approval in Meta Business Manager, then map the approved templates to the matching records in Odoo.

Open the Products tab in Discuss
Go to Discuss and switch to the Products tab. The full Odoo catalogue is listed, ready to share.

Send a product on WhatsApp
Pick a product, select the customer, and send. The customer receives a WhatsApp message with the product image, description, and price already filled in.
