Odoo 19 can read an uploaded PDF and create a record from it. The work worth paying for is what happens when it reads one wrong.
Document capture is the use case most teams start with, and it is the one where Odoo's native capability goes furthest. We configure it rather than rebuild it.
What we add is the part that decides whether it can be trusted at volume: extraction accuracy measured against human judgement, an approval threshold above which a human sees the record first, and a monthly score so accuracy drift surfaces before an auditor finds it.
