How is this different from the free readiness score?
The free tool scores what you believe about your data in three minutes. This measures what is actually in the database — duplicate counts, attribute completeness, valuation anomalies — and produces figures you can act on. The self-assessment almost always reads better than the measurement.

What happens if the answer is no?
You get the report saying so, with the specific reasons and what it would take to change them. That is the outcome we are paid for. An assessment that always concludes 'proceed' is a sales document, not an assessment.

Do we need to be on Odoo 19 already?
No. If you are on an earlier version the assessment covers whether the AI features justify the upgrade for your volume, which is usually the real question rather than a technical one.
