From USD 1,800 a month for a Starter pod, rising with the seniority your backlog needs. Growth and Partner (white-label) pods are quoted on your backlog. Capacity for each pod is agreed in the proposal.

What do I pay for: hours or delivery?
Delivery. You and the lead agree the month's backlog and what done means for each item, and you pay for that agreed delivery each month, not for hours at a desk.

Who checks the code AI writes?
Senior engineers review every change, and automated tests run on every change before it reaches your staging. Nothing goes to your system on the strength of AI output alone.

What happens when someone on the pod is on leave?
The pod keeps delivering. Capacity belongs to the pod, not to one person, which is the main difference from hiring a single dedicated developer.
