An installable Odoo module that connects your existing WhatsApp Business account to Odoo's Discuss / Chatter channels and surfaces every inbound WhatsApp message as a real-time push notification — in the browser tab, in the Odoo Android app, and in the Odoo iOS app simultaneously. Built for Odoo V12 through V18, both Community and Enterprise editions.

Connect your WhatsApp credentials
Point the module at your existing TechUltra WhatsApp connector (or your Meta WhatsApp Cloud API credentials). Customer-record matching is enabled by default.

Enable push for your team
Each user enables push permissions on their devices — browser permission for the web UI, Odoo mobile app for Android / iOS. Per-user, per-device opt-in.

Every inbound WhatsApp message routed to a user's Discuss channels triggers a push notification on every enabled device, with the customer name pre-resolved.

Does this replace Odoo Discuss?
No — it sits on top of Discuss and surfaces messages as push notifications. Discuss is still the inbox; this module just makes sure your team sees activity in real time across browser, Android, and iOS without alt-tabbing.

How does customer-name matching work?
Inbound WhatsApp messages are matched against the phone number on your Odoo Contact records. When there's a match, Discuss / Chatter shows the customer's name instead of the raw phone number. Unmatched numbers continue to show the number with a one-click 'create contact' action.

How long does deployment take?
Typically 1–2 days end-to-end: install, credential connect, per-user device permission setup, validation. The slow path is if you don't yet have WhatsApp connected to Odoo — that's a separate 4–6 week integration engagement.

Can different teams get different notification scopes?
Yes — notifications follow Odoo's existing Discuss channel routing. Sales sees sales channels, support sees support channels, etc. Per-user device opt-in means individual team members control which devices ping.
