Terms of Use

Last reviewed:

These terms govern your use of techultrasolutions.com. They do not govern engagements: project work is covered by a separate Master Services Agreement and statement of work signed before any engagement begins.

Use of the site

You may browse the site, share links, and quote individual passages with attribution.

You may not:

  • Scrape or systematically download the site for commercial republication. The /llms.txt file declares which AI crawlers are welcome and how content should be cited.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code that isn't published openly.
  • Use the site to send automated requests at a rate that degrades service for others.
  • Upload or submit content through the contact form or assistant that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes a third party.

Content ownership

TechUltra Solutions Pvt Ltd owns or licenses all content on this site, including text, graphics, the brand mark, design, and code. Case-study client names and logos appear with their owners' permission. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Quoting reasonable excerpts in editorial coverage, AI-search citations, or research contexts is fine — please link back to the source page.

Engagements and proposals

Pricing, methodologies, timelines, and engagement models described on this site are general descriptions of how we work, not binding offers. Concrete engagements are scoped during a free 30-minute call and confirmed in a written statement of work.

Third-party links

The site links to third-party resources (vendor docs, case-study client sites, blog sources). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.

No warranties on the marketing site

Content on the marketing site is provided as-is. We aim for accuracy but don't warrant that every statistic, screenshot, or comparison reflects the current state of every third-party product. Where specific accuracy matters (regulatory deadlines, pricing), verify with the original source before acting.

This disclaimer does not apply to engagement deliverables, which are governed by the warranty terms in your Master Services Agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TechUltra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the marketing site. Engagement liability is set out in your contract.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms as the site evolves. Material changes are dated at the top. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute related to use of the marketing site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Engagement disputes are governed by the law specified in your Master Services Agreement.
