AI service · Step 5 of 5

Know when your AI is wrong — before it books an entry.

Monthly accuracy testing, action auditing and drift monitoring for AI running inside your Odoo.

Why this exists

The problem is not that AI is occasionally wrong. It is that most organisations have no way to find out which outputs were wrong until something downstream breaks.

What we do

  1. Sample AI outputs and score them against human judgement
  2. Report accuracy per use case, and flag drift against the previous month
  3. Review the agent action log — what did it do, was any of it wrong, what needs reversing
  4. Review permissions and data exposure
  5. Report credit consumption
  6. Recommend prompt, threshold or knowledge-source changes

What you get

A monthly accuracy report you can show an auditor, a reviewed action log, and a quarterly review.

Questions we get asked

  • What does an accuracy report actually contain?

A sampled set of AI outputs per use case, each scored against human judgement, with the resulting accuracy rate, the change since last month, and the specific failures worth acting on. It is written to be shown to an auditor.

  • What is drift, and why does it matter?

Accuracy moving over time without anyone changing anything — because your data changed, or the underlying model did. It matters because a configuration that was correct at go-live quietly stops being correct, and nothing announces it.

  • Can we do this ourselves?

Yes, and some teams should. What makes it work is that it happens every month whether or not anyone is worried, and that whoever scores the output is not the person who configured the agent.
