Engagement billing rhythm
Choose fixed-cost-per-phase, monthly retainer, quarterly retainer, or annual retainer — billing rhythm doesn't change the developer or the rate, just the cash-flow shape on your side. Annual gets a small discount.

How do you communicate with my team?
Developers join your standups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives. Code lands in your Git repo via your normal PR workflow. We use whatever PM tooling your team already runs (Jira, Linear, Asana, GitHub Issues). We also provide our own project-management workspace for engagements that don't have one in place.

Do you sign an NDA, and who owns the code?
Standard NDA + IP-assignment contract is part of the engagement. You own the application, the source code, the data, and any custom modules built during the engagement. We never reuse or resell client code, and we never subcontract any of the work to third-party agencies.

There's a one-time conversion fee equivalent to two months of the engagement rate; we cover transition support, knowledge transfer, and (if international) the visa / relocation paperwork. Common with clients who started with a Platinum engagement and built dedicated in-house Odoo teams.
