Can we engage TechUltra for multiple services at once?
Yes. Most clients combine 2–3 services — e.g. Implementation + Training during deployment, then Support after go-live. We discount bundled engagements relative to buying each separately. Combinations are scoped during the consulting / discovery phase.

Do all engagements have fixed pricing?
All project engagements (Implementation, Customization, Development, Migration, Integration, Training, Consulting) are fixed-scope, fixed-price after discovery. The two retainer engagements (Support, Hire-Developer) are monthly billing with hour buckets, not hourly invoicing.

What's the smallest engagement you take?
We've shipped 2-week customization engagements at ~$5k for clients with a single specific feature need. Below that scale, you're better served by a freelancer or by buying our Hire-Developer engagement at part-time fractions (40 hours/month).

Do you ship across all 5 countries?
Yes. We deliver all 9 services worldwide from our offices in India, the UK, South Africa, Peru, and Italy. Multi-country engagements (e.g. one Implementation spanning 3 of those office regions) are common; we phase them lead-market-first to manage rollout risk.

How fast can a service engagement start?
Project engagements (Implementation, Migration, etc.) start within 1–2 weeks of contract signature. Retainer engagements (Support, Hire-Developer) onboard within 1–2 weeks. Consulting engagements usually start within a week.
