Overview

All-in-One WhatsApp (Community) packages five TechUltra WhatsApp modules into a single install for Odoo Community: the WhatsApp Base, Automation, two-way Discuss chat, Marketing, and Chatbot. It is built on Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API, so messages flow through a Meta-approved channel rather than an unofficial gateway.

Built by TechUltra Solutions, the suite extends Odoo's native WhatsApp tooling with multi-company and multi-provider support, message-status indicators, interactive templates, and bulk and broadcast sending. Agents handle conversations inside Odoo's Discuss app, with the customer's contact record one click away in the chat sidebar.

Beyond one-to-one chat, the bundle adds targeted marketing campaigns to grouped contacts and an automated chatbot for first-line replies. The result is one place inside Odoo for support chat, promotional messaging, and automation — all on the same WhatsApp Business number.

Setup & configuration

From install to first call — here is the path.

    Install the module

    In Odoo, open Apps, remove the Apps filter, search for “All In One Odoo WhatsApp Integration”, and click Install.

    Set up a Meta WhatsApp app

    Create a Facebook Developer account, register a new application, add the WhatsApp product, and complete the WhatsApp quick start. Note the temporary access token, phone number ID, and WhatsApp Business Account ID.

  3. 3

    Generate a permanent token

    In Meta, generate a permanent access token and register your WhatsApp-enabled phone number, since temporary tokens expire after 24 hours.

  4. 4

    Create a provider in Odoo

    Go to WhatsApp Message → Configuration → Provider, create a record, and enter the Graph API endpoint, Business ID, permanent access token, and phone number ID.

    Connect the webhook

    Click Reload / Get Status to retrieve the callback URL and verify token, paste both into Meta's webhook settings, and click Verify & Save.

  6. 6

    Sync templates and add operators

    Use Get WhatsApp Templates to import approved templates, add operators under the Operators menu, and set contact mobile numbers with country codes.
