AI service · Step 3 of 5
AI trained on messy data is confidently wrong.
We fix the master data underneath your Odoo so the AI on top of it can be trusted.
Who this is for
- Your readiness score came back below the threshold
- Your AI outputs look plausible but keep being subtly wrong
- You have grown through acquisitions, migrations, or years of ad-hoc entry
Why this exists
Published guidance puts the threshold plainly: above roughly this share of missing or inconsistent records in a target module, remediation has to come before any AI work.
- 12–18% missing or inconsistent records in a target module is the threshold above which data remediation must precede any AI work Source: Odoo partner AI services analysis 2026 (opens in a new tab)
- 8.4% of data leaders say their data is trustworthy enough to run agents in production Source: Modern Data Survey 2026 (opens in a new tab)
What we do
- Deduplicate customers, vendors and products
- Complete missing product attributes and categorisation
- Standardise units of measure and packaging
- Resolve orphan and stale records
- Reconcile inventory valuation anomalies
- Fix chart-of-accounts mapping gaps
- Put rules in place so it does not degrade again
What you get
A remediated database, a before/after data quality score, and a written data governance standard so the cleanup holds.

4. AI Cost Control →A consumption baseline per module and agent, routing changes that cut it, caps and alerts that fire before the invoice, and a monthly report.
Questions we get asked
-
How long does remediation take?
It depends entirely on what the assessment finds — the range across projects is weeks to a few months. Anyone quoting a duration before measuring your database is guessing.
-
Can we not just let the AI work around bad data?
No. AI does not flag data it cannot trust; it produces an answer anyway. Duplicate partners, missing attributes and inconsistent units all yield output that looks right and is not.
-
What stops it degrading again?
A written data governance standard, plus validation rules in Odoo itself, plus a named owner. All three, or the cleanup has a shelf life.
