How the modules fit together
Install Odoo OCR AI Base once — it provides the shared extraction service connector, per-company token configuration, and dynamic field-mapping engine. Then install the per-document-type modules you need (invoice, sale, purchase) on top of it. Each document-type module wires the extraction output into its respective Odoo workflow (Accounting bill queue, Sales order pipeline, Purchase RFQ list).
All modules use the same ai.fynix.app extraction service on a shared token
pool — one $20 / 2-million-token purchase covers every module type. Token consumption is
per-page-of-document, not per-module.

Do I need the Odoo OCR AI Base module?
Yes — `tus_odoo_ocr_ai_base` is the shared foundation module that the invoice, sale, and purchase modules all depend on. Install it once; the per-document-type modules plug into the base for shared configuration (extraction service auth, per-company tokens, field-mapping settings).

Can the Odoo OCR AI read handwritten documents?
Typed and printed documents (most invoices, POs, receipts) reach 92–96% first-pass accuracy on header fields. Handwritten documents and sub-300dpi scans have materially lower accuracy and are flagged for human review. For high-volume handwritten-document workflows, a custom-build engagement is the right approach rather than the off-the-shelf module.

What if my custom Odoo fields aren't extracted automatically?
Every module supports Dynamic Field Mapping — you configure which fields the AI should populate on your customised invoice / sale-order / purchase-order model. Mappings are per-company, so multi-company Odoo deployments can extract different fields per entity. No code change required.
