Overview
WhatsApp Follow-up Report lets accounts-receivable teams chase overdue customers over WhatsApp instead of email-only dunning. The Follow-up Reports menu in Odoo Accounting gets a Send by WhatsApp button that opens a compose window pre-filled with the customer's number and a dynamic template.
Built by TechUltra Solutions on Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API, the module sends rich follow-up messages — templates with dynamic variables, statement attachments, and interactive lists or buttons — and writes every reply back into Odoo's chat window so the AR team has the full thread on the same screen.
Delivery and read receipts surface inside Odoo with the familiar grey and blue WhatsApp ticks, so collections managers know which customers have actually seen the reminder. The module requires Odoo Enterprise (for Follow-up Reports) and the Odoo WhatsApp Base connector.

Create a WhatsApp Business Account, complete Meta Business verification, register a phone number, and generate a permanent access token in the Meta App dashboard.

Open Apps, remove the Apps filter, search for “WhatsApp Follow-up Report”, and click Install.
