Install the module
In Odoo, open Apps, remove the Apps filter, search for “WhatsApp Flows for Events”, and click Install. The WhatsApp Integration base, WhatsApp Discuss, and WhatsApp Flows modules install alongside it.

Set up your WhatsApp Business Account
Create a Meta Business account with a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) and register the phone number you will use for event registration.

Connect the WhatsApp Cloud API
Generate a permanent access token in the Meta developer console and enter the WhatsApp Cloud API credentials in Odoo's WhatsApp configuration.

Build the event registration Flow
Configure the WhatsApp Flow that collects attendee details and map its fields to an Odoo event so registrations land on the right event.

Test a registration
Send the Flow to a test number, complete the registration, and confirm the booking appears against the event in Odoo.
