In Odoo, open Apps, remove the Apps filter, search for “WhatsApp Catalog”, and click Install on the Enterprise edition module.

In Meta, create or open your WhatsApp Business app, generate an access token, and note the credentials needed to link the WhatsApp Cloud API to Odoo.

In Meta Commerce Manager, set up the product catalog that will hold your WhatsApp catalog items, so Odoo has a catalog destination to connect to.
