WhatsApp Catalog (Community)
Publish your Odoo products to the WhatsApp Catalog and Meta Commerce Manager.
Overview
WhatsApp Catalog (Community) connects your Odoo product data to the WhatsApp Product Catalog, so the items you already sell in Odoo can be shown to customers directly inside a WhatsApp conversation.
Built by TechUltra Solutions, the module works through the official WhatsApp Cloud API and Meta Commerce Manager. Product information from Odoo is synced to your Meta catalogue, which keeps a single source of truth — your Odoo database — behind every catalogue item shared on WhatsApp.
The module is part of TechUltra's WhatsApp suite for Odoo Community. It builds on the WhatsApp Integration base and the WhatsApp Discuss bidirectional-messaging module, so catalogue sharing sits alongside two-way chat, eCommerce, and Sales in one Odoo workflow.
Key features
-
WhatsApp Product Catalog integration
Connects Odoo to the WhatsApp Product Catalog so customers can view your products without leaving the chat window.
-
Meta Commerce Manager sync
Product data from Odoo is synced to Meta Commerce Manager, which holds the catalogue that WhatsApp draws from.
-
Built on the WhatsApp Cloud API
Uses Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API for messaging and catalogue access — no third-party gateway or unofficial bridge.
-
Odoo products as the source of truth
Catalogue entries are driven by your existing Odoo product records, so price and product details stay consistent across the ERP and WhatsApp.
-
Share catalogue items in chat
Sales and support teams can send catalogue products to customers inside a WhatsApp conversation to move a sale forward.
-
Works with Odoo eCommerce and Sales
Depends on the Sales, eCommerce, and Website apps, so the WhatsApp catalogue stays aligned with the products you already publish online.
-
Pairs with WhatsApp Discuss
Builds on TechUltra's WhatsApp Discuss module, giving customers a way to browse the catalogue and chat with your team in the same thread.
-
Odoo 16 to 19 Community support
Runs on Odoo Community editions 16.0, 17.0, 18.0, and 19.0, so existing deployments can adopt it without an Odoo upgrade.
