Overview
Partner Ledger Folded extends Odoo's Partner Ledger with a folded export, which is what most finance teams actually want to email or print. When a ledger spans hundreds of partners, the standard line-by-line export turns into a 50-page PDF that no one reads.
Built by TechUltra Solutions, the module adds two new buttons to the Partner Ledger — Fold PDF and Fold XLSX — alongside the existing base exports. Both produce a clean summary with one row per partner and the balance figures intact, no entry-level detail.
There is nothing to configure: install the module and the new buttons appear inside the existing Accounting report. The original base exports stay in place, so the team can still pull the full unfolded view whenever an audit needs it.

Install the module
In Odoo, open Apps, remove the Apps filter, search for “Partner Ledger Folded”, and click Install.

Open the Partner Ledger
Go to Accounting → Reporting → Partner Ledger to load the standard Odoo report.

Use Fold PDF for a compact PDF
Click the new Fold PDF button to download a collapsed PDF with one summary line per partner, instead of every journal entry.

Use Fold XLSX for spreadsheets
Click Fold XLSX to download the same collapsed view as a spreadsheet, ready to drop into a board pack or share with finance leadership.
