Overview
Odoo OCR AI — Stock Picking removes the manual data entry behind every receipt and delivery. Upload a supplier document or a scanned image, and the module reads it with AI and builds the matching Odoo stock picking — no line-by-line typing.
Built by TechUltra Solutions, the module handles multi-layout documents, so paperwork from different suppliers does not need a fixed template. A configurable field map tells the module which extracted values feed which fields on the stock picking, giving you control over how documents translate into Odoo records.
OCR runs through the Fynix AI service. You register at ai.fynix.app, copy an authentication token into Odoo, and buy OCR tokens — 2 million for $20 — that are consumed as documents are processed. The Odoo module itself is free on the App Store.

Setup & configuration
From install to first call — here is the path.

Install the module
In Odoo, open Apps, remove the Apps filter, search for “Odoo OCR AI — Stock Picking”, and click Install. The module depends on the Odoo OCR Using AI Base app.

Create a Fynix account and get a token
Register at ai.fynix.app, open the OCR Dashboard, and copy your authentication key.

Buy OCR tokens
Purchase OCR tokens from ai.fynix.app/shop — 2 million tokens cost $20. Tokens are consumed as documents are processed.

Configure the OCR connection
Enable developer mode, then go to Settings → OCR AI Integration. Enter the company authentication token and set the server URL to https://ai.fynix.app/tus_ocr_api.

Map the stock picking model
Open Settings → OCR Integration → Model Configuration, select “Transfer for Stock Picking”, and map extracted values to the fields you want filled.

Process a document
Upload a supplier or delivery document and run the OCR action. The module reads it and creates the matching stock picking for review.
