All-in-One WhatsApp (Enterprise) builds on top of Odoo's native WhatsApp integration and turns it into a full customer-communication tool. Instead of installing separate modules for marketing, automation, and chatbots, this single pack covers all three for Odoo Enterprise.

Setup & configuration

From install to first call — here is the path.

    Install the module

    In Odoo, open Apps, remove the Apps filter, search for “All-in-One WhatsApp”, and click Install. The native WhatsApp and Discuss modules install alongside it.

    Set up a Meta WhatsApp app

    In Meta for Developers, create a Business app, add the WhatsApp product, and note your Phone Number ID, WhatsApp Business Account ID, and access token.

    Connect WhatsApp in Odoo

    Open the WhatsApp configuration in Odoo and enter the Meta credentials, then add the callback URL and verify token so Odoo can receive incoming messages.

    Add templates and contact groups

    Create your interactive message templates and organise customers into WhatsApp contact groups ready for broadcasts and bulk sends.

    Configure the chatbot
