Erpmate's rules, and they cannot be switched off

   Nothing runs that you did not approve.

   Every rule is shown to you first; you accept, edit or reject it.

   Practice before action.

   Every rule starts in shadow mode and earns the right to act, one step at a time: watching → proposing → acting on approval → acting within limits → trusted. One mistake sends it back a step.

   Undo for everything.

   Before any write, Erpmate stores exactly how to reverse it. Undo one action, a whole run, or a whole playbook.

   Limits in code, not in the AI.

   Price floors, discount caps and permitted actions are enforced by software the AI cannot talk its way past. If a check fails, Erpmate stops. There is no override.

   A "why" page for every action.

   The rule, the evidence records, every limit checked, and the undo stored — in plain words, one click from wherever the action appears.

   Money and customers stay in human hands.

   Erpmate never posts accounting entries, never sends anything to a customer or vendor without a click, and never negotiates. It does not confirm POs, validate deliveries, cancel documents or merge records on its own.

   It learns from corrections.

   When you correct Erpmate, it remembers and does not repeat the mistake.

   Your data stays yours.

   Each paid client gets its own engine and database in its own region (India, EU or GCC). Personal data is masked before any AI model sees it. Client data is never shared with other clients. Deleting your account destroys your encryption key.

   No people scoring.

   Erpmate never ranks, scores or profiles an employee.

Free reading is read-only. On the free plan, Erpmate finds and reports. It never acts.
