• Do you have a USA office or are you remote-only?

  We're remote-only for USA delivery — no physical USA office. USA clients are served by our India HQ (110+ certified consultant team) and UK office, with consultants assigned to match USA time zones. East Coast coverage typically comes from the UK office during standard business hours; West Coast coverage from India HQ on an evening shift. Most communication is video calls and async messaging; we travel for on-site work when it genuinely adds value.

• How do USA time zones work with India-based delivery?

  Three patterns: (1) East Coast (ET): UK office during standard hours, plus India HQ in early morning UK time / late afternoon ET. (2) Central / Mountain / Pacific: India HQ evening shift covers late afternoon US time. (3) Standing weekly calls scheduled in your time zone, with async messaging in between. Implementation runs comfortably across the time difference — async working actually accelerates many engagements because work continues outside both parties' working hours.

• Do you handle USA sales tax with multi-state nexus?

  Yes. We're an Avalara Implementation Partner. For businesses with multi-state nexus (typical for e-commerce or distribution), Avalara AvaTax integration is part of the Odoo build — automated rate calculation per shipping address, exemption certificate management, automated filing and remittance through Avalara's TrustFile service. TaxJar is also supported. For single-state operations, Odoo's native sales tax handling is usually sufficient.

• Can you migrate from QuickBooks / NetSuite / Sage Intacct / Acumatica / Dynamics?

• How do USA implementations work if you can't easily come on-site?

  Most USA Odoo implementations don't actually need on-site presence beyond a couple of touchpoints. Discovery week is remote with deep collaboration tooling (Mural, Loom, Google Meet, async docs). Configuration and customisation are remote. User training is recorded role-by-role plus live Q&A sessions. We do travel for on-site work when it adds genuine value — typically the cutover weekend for high-complexity migrations, and select discovery workshops where in-person whiteboarding matters. Travel is bookable; cost is transparent.

• What about pricing in USD and contracting in USA?

  We invoice in USD and contract under your preferred terms — typically USA jurisdiction governing law works fine for our delivery contracts. We accept ACH, wire transfer, and credit card via Stripe. NDA in place before scoping. Master Service Agreement template available if your procurement requires one. Our Indian entity invoices internationally without VAT complications; USA-side this is treated as an imported service.

• Will our auditor / CPA be comfortable with Odoo?

  Yes. Odoo's audit trail (user + timestamp + before/after on every transaction) and approval workflows meet typical USA mid-market audit expectations. CPAs and Big 4 auditors who haven't seen Odoo can ramp quickly — the underlying double-entry concepts are the same and Odoo's reports map cleanly to standard financial statements. • What time zones do you cover for support post-go-live?

  Standard support: 9 am – 6 pm ET via UK office; 9 am – 5 pm PT via India HQ evening shift. Critical-issue SLA support covers 24/5 (Monday–Friday). 24/7 support available on enterprise contracts. Most USA mid-market clients find the standard coverage sufficient because operational issues usually surface during USA business hours when our consultants are explicitly on call.
