Because the work depends on what is in your database: the version you are on, how many custom modules you have and the state of your data. Send us your details and we quote a fixed price once we have seen it. There is no charge for the quote.

Will our GST and e-invoicing setup survive the upgrade to Odoo 20?

Yes. GST taxes, e-invoicing (IRN) and e-way bill configuration move with your data, and we test invoices, returns data and e-way bills in a copy of your database before cutover.

Our previous Odoo partner has stopped responding. Can you take over?

Yes. We start with a written diagnostic within 7 days, fix the three biggest blockers first and then quote a fixed price for the rest. We do not tear out what already works. See Odoo Rescue for how a takeover runs.

We are on Odoo Community. Can you upgrade us?

Yes. Community databases upgrade to Odoo 20 Community with the same automated checks and private test system we use for Enterprise.

Does the package price include the Odoo licence?

No. The package covers our work: setup, data migration, training and go-live support. Odoo Enterprise is a subscription you pay to Odoo S.A. at its price list for India, and it depends on your users and plan. See our Odoo pricing guide for what users cost.
