Will my customizations break when Odoo upgrades?

Not if they're written correctly. We follow Odoo's official extension patterns (inheriting from base models, upgrade-safe field definitions, avoiding monkey-patching) specifically so customizations survive major-version upgrades. We've upgraded clients from Odoo 15 to 19 across major version jumps with minimal rework.

Can you customize the Odoo UI itself?

Odoo Customization pricing in Italy

Italy engagements are priced in EUR with IVA (22% Italian VAT) applicable. Implementation engagements typically run €15,000 – €80,000 depending on scope; retainer engagements (Support, Hire-Developer) start at €1,200/month. Multi-country EU engagements priced in EUR with country-localized billing per entity. Cross-border (Italy + KSA) engagements have country-specific tax handling — we coordinate the mixed-tax billing.
