Odoo implementation partner for Spanish businesses
TechUltra Solutions delivers Odoo to Spanish businesses from our Italy office (Rome) with India HQ engineering depth. Spain's e-invoicing trajectory — Verifactu (mandatory from 2026 for software vendors and businesses choosing the regime), TicketBAI (Basque Country since 2022), Crea y Crece Law driving B2B e-invoicing — makes 2026–2027 the readiness window. We handle IVA returns, modelo declarations (303, 390, etc.), PGC (Plan General de Contabilidad), and bilingual Spanish + English templates.
About TechUltra in Spain
Spain is one of TechUltra's growing EU markets, with the Verifactu mandate (in force for new software from January 2025 for businesses choosing the regime; mandatory adoption rolling out) plus the TicketBAI mandate in the Basque Country driving accelerated e-invoicing readiness. Our Italy office (Rome) provides same-time-zone, same-EU-jurisdiction delivery. Spanish mid-market PYMEs and grandes empresas in manufacturing, tourism / hospitality, agro-food, and retail are our typical clients.

Frequently asked questions
-
Do you have a Spanish office?
Not yet — Spanish engagements delivered from our Italy office (Rome) with India HQ engineering depth. Same time zone (CET), same EU jurisdiction, EU GDPR compliant. On-site work in Spain straightforward when needed. Most communication via video and async, with Spanish-speaking team members on relevant calls.
-
Verifactu — what is it and when does it apply to us?
Verifactu is Spain's national e-invoicing / fiscal anti-fraud regime. Software developed for billing use in Spain from July 2025 must be Verifactu-compliant; businesses can opt into the regime for fiscal anti-fraud assurance. Broader mandatory adoption is phasing in. Our Odoo build is Verifactu-compatible.
-
Is TicketBAI the same as Verifactu?
No — different regimes. TicketBAI is specific to the Basque Country (Álava, Gipuzkoa, Bizkaia provinces) and has been mandatory since 2022/2023 per province. Verifactu is national. Businesses operating in the Basque Country need TicketBAI; businesses elsewhere in Spain follow Verifactu and Crea y Crece Law. We handle both regimes.
-
What about Crea y Crece Law B2B e-invoicing?
Spain's Crea y Crece Law (passed 2022) mandates B2B e-invoicing across the entire country, phased by enterprise size. EU EN 16931 / Peppol BIS compatible. Receiving capability ramping; issuing rolling out by business size cohort. Odoo's e-invoicing module handles all the formats.

-
Do you handle SII for large enterprises?
Yes. SII (Suministro Inmediato de Información) real-time VAT reporting required for VAT-monthly filers, REGE registrants, large enterprises. Odoo transmits invoice data to AEAT within the SII 4-day window. Particular attention required for credit notes and corrections per SII technical spec.
