Sara Lopez leads TechUltra’s AI-on-Odoo solution engagements. She’s shipped 30+ production OCR pipelines (invoice, sales-order, expense capture), 12+ LLM-grounded WhatsApp agents, and the RAG infrastructure that powers most of TechUltra’s AI offerings.

Before TechUltra, Sara built ML systems at a fintech in Mexico City, then spent three years at a vertical-SaaS company integrating LLMs into customer-service workflows. That second job — watching what actually breaks in production when you put an LLM in front of customers — is what informs her writing.

Her articles focus on practical lessons from real deployments: where AI makes ERP processes meaningfully better, where the hype has gotten ahead of reality, and the unglamorous engineering work (evaluation, observability, escalation policies) that separates a working AI feature from a demo that fooled procurement.
