Marco Bellini leads TechUltra’s EU engagements from the Milan office. He specializes in Italian e-invoicing (FatturaPA + SDI), multi-country EU rollouts where one client operates across 4–6 jurisdictions, and ZATCA Phase 2 compliance for clients with Saudi-Arabian operations.
Before TechUltra, Marco spent five years at a major Italian Odoo partner running FatturaPA implementations for mid-market manufacturers and distributors. The Italian e-invoicing mandate (active since 2019) made FatturaPA one of the most-tested e-invoicing flows on Odoo; that experience informed the patterns we now ship for newer regimes (KSA, Mexico, Brazil).
His writing focuses on the practical reality of e-invoicing across regimes: which countries’ mandates are operationally clean (Italy), which are still maturing (Saudi), and what mid-market multi-country teams should plan for during rollouts. Marco holds Odoo Functional certification and Italian-ADoVE statutory-reporting credentials.
