Daniel Osei

Daniel Osei is a Senior Manufacturing Consultant at TechUltra Solutions, running deep manufacturing-vertical engagements — discrete (assembly, machining, fabrication), process (food, chemicals), and job-shop (engineer-to-order). He’s based in Cape Town and serves clients across South Africa, the UK, and India.

Daniel started his ERP career at a tier-2 automotive parts manufacturer in South Africa, where he was a power-user of SAP Business One before moving into consulting. His seven years at TechUltra have included multi-plant rollouts, IATF 16949 quality-system implementations, and several deep MES integrations on Odoo.

His writing focuses on the engineering and operational side of manufacturing ERP — how to get shop-floor data capture right, when MES integration is worth the cost, and the unglamorous reality of OEE measurement in real factories. Daniel holds Odoo Manufacturing certification and is an ASQ-certified Quality Auditor.
