This module provides the functionality to chat/message in POS, in which you can send chat/message to the person from POS
There will be icon of message, once its clicked it will open the chats/messages, when we will click on specific chat/message with person it will open its chat/message window in which you can chat/message
Audio/Video call is possible
Configuration to achieve the functionality:
Point of Sale > POS Chat > Enable POS Chat
Once chat is clicked it will open that particular chat with the person, will able to chat/message, audio call, video call, document sharing
Once this configuration is set, will able to see chat/message icon and once its clicked popup will be open as below screenshot
