Job Description

  • Complete oversight of the project, ensuring that the Odoo ERP project is delivered on time, within the scope and within budget.

  • Lead project delivery across teams inclusive of project planning and project execution across delivery life cycle phases.

  • Act as the point of contact for the project team, business partners, and management to provide updates, and resolve issues.

  • Assist in Developing a detailed project plan to track progress

  • Assist with Developing project scopes and objectives based on the company requirements covering all business entities in the organization and ensuring technical feasibility.

  • Identify, define, and document key processes and business requirements.

  • Create Use Cases for ERP business applications and work with Odoo Partner and internal stakeholders to translate complex business requirements      into technical specifications through technical walkthrough meetings.

  • Facilitate structured Root Cause Analysis, Requirements, and Brainstorming sessions to tackle complex business cases and able to translate that into technical specifications.

  • Ensure Project resource availability and allocation.

  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

  • Report and escalate to the responsible lead and the management as needed.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

  • Coordinate project schedules and produce project status reports.
